Course of professional development of pedagogical staff "Adaptively active teaching in biology lessons"
The Goal of the Program: the development of professional competencies of teachers to ensure the high-quality implementation of adaptive-active teaching.
Objectives of the Program:
- to update theoretical knowledge of biology teachers about personalized, individual and adaptive learning;
- to study the concept of adaptive-active teaching and the features of its implementation in the practice of a teacher;
- to master the skills of working on the adaptive personalized platform CogBooks;
- to form the skills of interpreting the analysis and assessing the progress of learners on the basis of the CogBooks platform in teaching the subject of Biology for grades 11–12.
Learning outcomes:
Learners:
- determine the role of adaptive-active teaching in the system of personalized learning;
- use of the personalized online CogBooks platform in the educational process;
- will be able to identify students with learning problems based on the analysis and assessment of student performance provided by the CogBooks platform;
- plan an individual learning path for the successful mastering of the curriculum.
